We Are Where We Are

Last night, I walked around a subdivision with a close friend for over an hour discussing spirituality as it relates (or fails to relate) to religion. I was going on and on about re-incarnation, karma, the pineal gland, near-death experiences and meditation. She was focused singularly on faith. I worked myself up trying to explain how faith alone misses the point of spiritual accountability… but then something occurred to me. I am where I am, and she is where she is and neither is wrong. I explained my revelation and apologized.

Epiphany: Love, don’t judge, regardless of philosophical differences (unless beings are adversely impacted by them).
